The accommodation was fabulous, pool was nice, beds were nice. The breakfast had lots of amazing food and drinks. We had recently refurbished, neat room, loved the location, it was incredible and right next to the motorway access.

Top-notch service, even though a few employees were really slow. There was lots of outstanding options for buffet breakfast. Late check-out was useful.
We didn't like the bed, it was too firm.

We had 1 night in Auckland, spending our time here lovely. Central location so close to Queen Street and the centre of Auckland, it was in a downtown area. Also, it was a short walk to Auckland Domain.
Although everything was excellent, some of the staff were not very friendly.

There were outstanding staff and rooms for a terrific stay. The bedroom was great, loved it. The beds were neat and all in all it was compact. Opera hotel set in the natural area. Also, I was at a moderate distance from queen street.

i loved the classic-style building, immaculate room. such big suite and spacious bed. the downstairs bar was fabulous with some well presented food. room service was efficient and modern design of the hotel.
